Leadership is not really about holding a position, you know. It’s more about serving people every day, in a very real way. My journey has always been guided by that belief, even when things get busy. From working at the grassroots to leading large public efforts, I kept returning to one aim—to help people and build a stronger Aligarh, step by step.

Many people know me as a BJP leader. Others know me through what I do in education, healthcare, and social service. In my mind, real progress doesn’t happen because of one person, it happens when we work together, with some kind of shared effort.

My Journey in Public Service

I have spent many years working with people across Aligarh. Each responsibility I received taught me discipline, teamwork, and public service. Sometimes you learn more in the small moments than in the big speeches, you know.

Today, I serve as Mahanagar Adhyaksh, BJP Aligarh. Before this role, I worked in many key positions within the party. These included Regional Minister, District Minister, Mandal Prabhari, Booth Committee Verification Head, and Election Management Committee member. Every role helped me understand the needs of people at the ground level and improve how we work as an organization, in a practical sense.

All these experiences have shaped me into one of those dedicated Aligarh governance leaders who believes in action instead of empty promises, no fluff.

Building Strong Organizations

A strong organization can serve people better, honestly it seems, so I have always leaned toward forming disciplined teams. Whether it was handling election work , guiding volunteers, or supporting booth level workers I really felt that every person had an important part. With good planning, clear communication, and a spirit of teamwork , we managed to complete many public programs well, more times than I can count.

I have also worked side by side with youth, traders, teachers , and local residents. Their insights keep nudging my work forward and they also help me stay in touch with the community.

My Commitment to Education

Education genuinely changes lives. It gives children that kind of confidence which helps them grow, and it also creates better citizens. 

As Director of S.J.D. Memorial Public School, Smt. Jaydevi Bal Vidyalaya, and S.J.D. Hospital & Critical Care Center, I’ve worked on improving both education and healthcare in Aligarh. My focus has been on improved learning spaces, disciplined academic systems, and the right kind of facilities for students , and also for families. 

I have also helped organize teacher conferences and educational seminars. In those meetings, educators shared ideas, to improve schools , and to make teaching more meaningful. I truly believe every child deserves quality education along with strong values, and not just a routine syllabus.

Serving Society Beyond Politics.  

Politics is only one part of my life , social service is a lifelong commitment I follow.  

Over the years, I have worked with several social and cultural organizations that support community welfare. I have served as Patron of Bharat Vikas Parishad , Patron of Umeed Social Organization, Patron of Uttar Pradesh Udyog Vyapar Pratinidhi Mandal, and President of local temple committees . These roles kept me close to people, so I could understand their daily issues without guessing.  

As a Community leader in Aligarh, I feel every small effort matters. Whether it is supporting education initiatives, promoting health awareness, encouraging youth participation, or arranging social events, every step in fact helps build a stronger community , day by day.

Organizing Events That Bring People Together

Public events kind of create chances for learning and… unity, in a way.  

I have been lucky to organize and support quite a few conferences, teacher gatherings, youth camps, Women’s Day celebrations, Vivekananda Jayanti programs, and public awareness events also. These kind of gatherings pull together educators, professionals, young people, and community members so they can swap ideas and move toward shared objectives.  

Every well run event honestly reminds me how progress feels easier when people work together with the same intention.  

Leadership Built on Service  

People often ask me what achievement makes me most proud.  

For me it is not really a title or a position.  

My biggest win is earning the trust of people, period. I love seeing students get better education, families receive improved services, volunteers slowly turn into leaders, and communities unite for one cause that matters.  

I believe leadership starts with listening. It then grows through honesty, discipline and steady effort, without shortcuts.

Looking Ahead

My journey is still going on, sort of continuing. I remain steadfast about strengthening public service, boosting education, helping healthcare, and nudging young people to get involved in nation building.

Aligarh has given me so many chances to serve in a real and practical way. I will keep working with the same dedication, energy and sense of responsibility.

If my work has inspired even one person to contribute to society then honestly I count that as my biggest achievement.
